Warranty
A two-year warranty against manufacturing defects will be provided to the original consumer from the manufacture date or date of purchase if sales receipt can be provided. Panel shall be installed by licensed electrician under your state or installer must following NEC guidelines.
All entries into panel must be rated Nema 4x conditions. Panel shall have a method of separation from tank to prevent gases from entering cabinet. Example: explosion proof seal off, cord grips, etc.
Warranty items shall be returned to distributor for warranty claim. All warranty items shall be the consumers’ responsibility for costs of labor, freight and reinstallation of item.
Warranty claim coverage will not be accepted due to the following:• Not installing with UL/CSA hubs and fittings listed with same rating as enclosure.• Sever weather conditions• Lighting damage• Improper installation• Any alterations to enclosure or wiring• Sewer gas damage
